1. General

By using the site or portal you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services. EU-Lab may update these terms; the current version is published on this page.

2. Services

EU-Lab offers laboratory analyses, sample collection (including home visits on request), digital results via the portal, and referral of specialized tests to partner labs when needed. Prices, turnaround and availability may change.

3. Patient portal

Portal access uses phone number and an SMS one-time code. You are responsible for keeping your device and code confidential. Do not share the code. Results are for personal use; interpret them with a physician.

4. Home visits and online requests

An online form is a request, not an immediate booking, until our specialist contacts you and the visit is confirmed. Provide accurate contact details. EU-Lab may decline or reschedule visits for operational reasons.

5. Medical disclaimer

Website information and test descriptions are general and do not replace medical advice. Laboratory results must be interpreted in clinical context by qualified professionals.

6. Payment and liability

Payment terms are set at order/visit time. EU-Lab takes reasonable steps for service quality but, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect loss, internet outages, or third-party technical failures (e.g. SMS provider, partner lab).

7. Intellectual property

Site design, texts, logo and materials are protected. Copying or commercial use without EU-Lab written permission is prohibited.
