This policy explains how EU-Lab collects, uses and protects your personal and health data when you use the website and patient portal.

2. What data we collect

We may process: name, personal ID number, date of birth, phone, email; home-visit requests; ordered analyses and results; documents in the portal; authentication data (e.g. SMS one-time codes); technical data (IP, session cookies) for security.

3. Purposes of processing

We use data to provide laboratory services; deliver results and notifications (SMS/email); enable secure portal access; schedule home visits; perform administrative and billing records; and meet legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on performing a contract/service, your consent where required, legitimate interests (security and service operation), and obligations under Georgian law on personal and health data.

5. Sharing and partners

For specialized tests, samples/data may be shared with a partner laboratory (including in Germany) to deliver the service. We may use technical providers (hosting, SMS) who process data only on our instructions. We do not sell data for marketing.

6. Retention

Patient and analysis data are kept as long as needed for the service, medical/accounting records and statutory periods. Session cookies and OTP codes are short-lived (OTP — a few minutes).

7. Your rights

Within the law you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing. Contact info@eu-lab.ge. Portal access requires phone authentication with a one-time code.

We use essential cookies for sessions and security. See the Cookie policy for details. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data; we cannot guarantee absolute security on the internet.
